Text from one of Rogers Letters.

I suspected some time ago that the 25MeV to overcome the claimed coulomb barrier for fusion cannot be the whole story since lasers with much less power, yet phased drive can evoke isotope U235 from U238. Like combining the electron with its complemental positron for a gamma outputs, maybe the like neutron combination (with finesse) can allow same. With ample deuterium from the sea or `energy slope' nucleons on either side of Fe for neutrons, I'm confident we can rid this planet of its vast pollution from fossil fuels. (albeit evoke problems with instated governments depending on revenue) Any unraveled wavelet can offer E or gamma output, so by a reversed genetic quasar white-hole core process we acquire EMP (Electro-Magnetic Pulse) energy but in gamma radiation. I am confident that fully controlled fusion is now within scientific grasp, now that `merging' of deuterium wavelet can be spatially oriented as well, as said, can now can be amply propelled on the laser wave front.
