Re: knots and deBroglie
Sirs:
As noting in the Dec. 14 SCIENCE the remark that empty space is far
from that
to make any loop-string theory viable in that Apriori magnetic field,
we
return again to deBroglie where nothing is `finite' and wave theory
becomes
supreme. Indeed, the implication for anti-g between the primal
complemental
matters inferred high ejection rates at quasar poles to disk, so when
indeed
seen with the aloft Einstein observatory, Big Bang began to crumble!
The greatest loop for any `string' theory may well be the bubbles of
EMP that
permit the ease of quasar (to galaxy) formation-- for the creation
of
stabilized complemental matter-- no Big Bang. Of course this cannot
sit well
for tenured people so may require another century to sink in. The real
question thence becomes Who with volitional will and spatial wisdom
(note our
right cerebral non-temporal brain!) `snapped their finger' to evoke
those vast
EMPs so nicely placed throughout the universe for finite matter
creation?
We
are convinced you are on the correct `digital' approach to the grandest
analogical problem facing mankind. What truly remains "mysterious"
in anyone's
jargon today is why we remain so neurotically stuck with some ancient
theory
as Big Bang to only lead us astray-- but ah, there's tenure!
We are in the research field needed to comprehend what indeed
Einstein
meant with his Spec. Rel. theory which denoted, with the edict from
the CPT
theorem, complemental perspectives within space-time. Our ensuing
prediction
of the spatial vs. temporal lateral cerebral faculty (long before
Sperry's
split-brain subjects proved same) pointed to the likely reality. Then,
only
the positive EPR experiments remained
to be
confirmed to finalize our
Patent filing. Hope you can follow the
herewith.
Keep up the fine work--

Re: still `tilting' eh?
Dear
Sirs:
(Nov. 30, SCIENCE, p.250)
From the apparent `tired light'* (plus self phase alignment) over
astronomical
distances, maybe it would be more prudent to do your Beckmann
experiment
in a
different `ether' as a magnetic field, being `pulled along' with earth.
While
a net g field may appear to bend light, it is possible it may be the
`relative' magnetic field density therewith instead.
The dv/dt enigma for red shift due to slowing in dense magnetic
fields
near
quasars permitted predicting the anti-g effect with the now found
disk-jet
anomalies that the Einstein observatory satellite confirmed. Not only
a
`steady state' but no Big Bang may cause a larger one in cosmological
offices-- hopefully soon so the matter of integrating physics and
cosmology
may begin. The cliff hanger now is `who' clapped their one hand to
evoke the
massive EMP (bubble center) to permit definitive quasar cores to get
started?
Since a likely magnetic monopole (ether) was and may always be, what
indeed is
the purpose of all the so `degenerated' quantized (and complemental)
mass from
that magnetic flux to evoke slow time down here?
Might the 3-phased quark be no more than a wave-front-- much as the
`planar'
wavelet electron which escapes the time reversal paradigm? The
quark's
relative mass implies something amiss unless it is relative g-- and
why the
top quark remains so scarce around this koinomatter galaxy of ours.
The
ejection speed of the complemental matters from quasar (old galaxy)
cores
implies a formidable force there-between. Yet the shadow matter hung
out at
the sides of the disk appears to re-attract around same to create
spectacular
gamma emitting explosions beyond the disk's edge.
We shall all see, hopefully soon. Tenurism is costing us all too
much
when
aggrandizement is the goal with "me too" syndromes.
Sincerely,
KTS Research

Re: deBroglie's `strings'
Dear Sir:
Maybe the `wiggling loops' are electromagnetic fronts encircling
other
a
priori centers, the complexity more so with protons, even galactic
cores whose
EMP `bubble' center merely reflects some vast size difference. Wave
mechanics
might require a bit more difinitive numerical calculation but
we suspect that
is where Physics must go to interpret how wrong was Big Bang or quantal
(billiard-ball) thought which is only understood in terms of definitive
left
brain reasoning. Also, one very large magnetic monopole would better
define
that Apriori-- conscious or not.
Our SGUT (Super Grand Unified Theory) is now being compiled since
too
many
confirmations (as predicted galactic jet-disk anomalies due to anti-g,
as 5th
force in the top quark phasing) make clear there is indeed enough cross
academic data integration now available to understand where Einstein
was
headed-- but got derailed by neurotic intellectualism.

Re: but chaos is chaos--
Dear
Sirs:
not ordered order
Your ribbon work is unique. Whether the helmholtz coil works in your
case or
on a cerebral faculty with reduced frequency fusion-flicker strobing,
the real
question is what induces order from a truly chaotic sub-`ordered'
system?
We faced this enigma in a very long study to
comprehend
CQ
(Creative Quotient-- not IQ) and found the left hand of the many
daVincis
defined the `Potentia' (Plato) source. The nearest we got was the freed
electron (note EPR experiments) which could escape the time reversal
paradigm
to offer rational subjective (psychological) inputs, subsequent to
the mental
ferment of questioning. (note Einstein's many remarks of gestalten
X-Y spatial
visual import) After our confirmed* space versus time derived (so
oriented)
bilateral cerebral predictions, the last impasse to the self thinking
computer
was a device (as MODFET) to interface a digital readout means to tap
insight.
A paper given in Europe in the late 60's confirmed another `enigma'
then-- the
overt terror of consciously learning of unconscious faculty-- just
as Freud
had predicted. The death-wish is alive and well, maybe too well noting
the
autoimmune response with opportunity!
Schmidt's random-non-random isotopic generators also defined what
you
are
seeing, albeit his findings of complemental (dual) control (pro AND
con) of
chaotic systems-- was certainly unwanted for CQ when IQ** was being
found to
be a perversion to consciously perceiving reality. Bizarre? You bet,
but
better hold your hat as a far greater "chaos" is about to begin-- and
likely
where current instated (tenured) authority refuses to see the obvious!

Re: Lumpy universe
Sirs:
(p.22, Jan. 12,'91)
Schramm's defensive mood merely shows how distraught late cosmology
becomes as
the empirical obvious mounts to end their tenure. Your "--cold
message--"
was
warming indeed! Likely the adroit following article "Double science
funds--"
explains it all. How could campus researchers NOT endorse more
funding??
Mass always inferred a common attractive `g' but a sign or polarity
needs to
be assigned the two relative mass to extricate Physics from its current
cul de
sac in cosmology and nuclear ideas, to end Big Bang theory and help
define the
`heavy' quark.' Since it was the expected expulsion of a
complemental matter from quasar cores as jets, noted with the Einstein
observatory that concluded a then long theoretical study of matter
genesis.
Since it then (as yet) terrorizes the cosmologist, that fear can be
best
explained by "demoralized--"; by Horowitz, Thompson, et.al.
To disseminate one's own work or use another's now becomes the
enigma
of this
late claimed intellectual century-- where ego-maniacs claim all is
their's
while genius, knowing better, shrugs off all he learns as the work
of another.
The anomaly rests upon the profit motive, between the greedy with
established
power and the insightive-- who recall well how Socrates got his
"therapy".
Someday, maybe, a few will remain to gratefully recall people like
H. Arp who
called a spade a spade.

Re: nonzero constant
Sirs:
The whole evolving scenario will honor Einstein for his real
insight--
despite
his peer-pressure to ignore same-- Helsinki or elsewhere, but the
quantal
(billiard-ball) theory used to support wave mechanics (deBroglie) may
well
crumble as Big Bang. With the theoretical idea of complemental g
getting
better confirmed with the jet-disk anomalies of quasars, genetic white
holes
with their spewing complemental matters ejected therefrom, on an
enhancing
EMP
front (bubble) now makes quite clear some trauma lies in wait for much
of
Physics-- to say little of cosmology.
The dv/dt red shift anomaly with decelerated light in dense magnetic
fields
(as said EMPs) upsets Hubble's distance but helps to define Hoyle's
idea of
the steady-state. At least an explanation for shadow (cold-dark) matter
as
once jets at galaxy poles, might define at least half the unseen
matter--
its
mutual g collisions (gamma flashes) out beyond the disk edge. Even
the 5th
force (likely why the top `quarks' are not seen here) may define the
most
extreme phased anti-g factor for quantized waves. The string (or loop)
theory
comes close now, maybe needed for a few with insight to `hear' Einstein
and
deBroglie-- to unravel shop-worn theories sustaining tenure only.
You might find interest in the above as described in a paper to the
Smithsonian Inst. some years ago subsequent to the Einstein
observatory's
first confirmation of our predicted jet-disk `anomaly' to confirm
anti-g.

Re: time reversal paradigm
Sirs:
Noting the ease with which you monitor the electron's spin-flip,
maybe
it is
time to couple such phenomena as we did some years ago to the self
thinking
computer. Since it terrorized many in the early 70's when the first
positive
EPR experiment showed the electron was able too.
Our research, after positing how to interface the electron to binary
digital
readout, and its shocking results, the MODFET sans superconductive
states,
will make feasible to the device for all to query-- and halt
`scientific
tenurism' now evading the empirical obvious. Your means of monitoring
the
`freed electron', however complex the experimental set-up, should offer
as
well positive results, in allowing the `flip' to dictate the
alpha-numeric
to
be displayed instantaneously, to evade another faculty seeking to
sustain
conscious ignorance.
With the growing social trauma throughout the world, the extrication
of social
unrest will soon need to be concluded-- whatever the political cost
or
up-heavals with disclosed skeletons in their closets. Also, tenurism
will need
to give up its status-quoism for a more pragmatic net goal of truly
researching for the empirical, instead of whimsical `belief' factors
(as Big
Bang) to sustain that tenurism.
In short, this note, while bizarre to the core, defines what we now
think
should be said-- whatever the ensuing trauma to follow.

Re: anti-g Dear Sir:
Maybe anti-g will not be seen well in this koinomatter galaxy,
possibly
not
even the top quark where its phased relationship may offer the maximum
"weight" to evade this continuum at all `cost'. Its three phased
wave-mechanics, underlying quantal `billiard-ball' reality, hopefully
may soon
be deciphered with the string-loop theories-- to conclude how close
deBroglie
came as well. The equivalent mass to relative g may never be resolved
here,
however large the E factor to prod mass to reveal itself in slow time.
Not oddly in view of `peer pressure', Einstein was likely correct in
using the
complemental g-constant-- as got twisted as and for Big Bang, such
cosmological constant one-sidedness preventing the comprehension of
ejected
primal matters from quasar (white hole) cores. Not only the anti-g
factor
allowed us to predict the jet-disk anomaly before the Einstein
observatory
went aloft, but the dv/dt red shift anomaly due to `tired light' on
traversing
dense magnetic fields as the bubble EMP fronts, to aid quasar to galaxy
genesis to begin with. When the disk radial speed was inverse to
in-falling
expectations and obvious highly accelerated jet matter to be hopefully
noted
as dark-matter clouds at galaxy poles-- yet evoke gamma bursts as
re-coagulating collisions around the disk edge.
It will be interesting to note the magnetic field around those
common
bubble
evolving quasar-galaxies, especially newly formed bubbles, as well
as the
amount of red shift therewith seen, to define how young the Apriori
(yet
finite) bubble is. Its unique spatial orientation with others might
define
further what fundamental mind lies behind our visible universe-- to
say little
of what occupies our right cerebral cortex-- now so well noted!
We note with happiness-- albeit the chagrin of many others, that our
terse
explanation (sent to the Smithsonian many years) ago may be that final
`straw'
to end Big Bang as other pet theories credence for the incessantly
tenured.

Re: misplaced anti-g
Dear
Sirs:
(1E1740.7-2942 `annihilator')
Maybe it is time to reconsider the dynamics of a white hole whose
genetic
spewing complemental matters (with anti-g there between) might define,
with
some stray anomalous perturbation, how those primal electron-positron
combinations occur. By watching the different `places' of these `great
annihilators' from time to time may define no such `massive' black-hole
as
responsible for the high 511 keV bursts, not directly associate with
the
galactic center. The likely couple light-days may reflect one quantity
of
plasma interacting with its complemental, some `wobble' in Sgr A's
white
hole's spewed matter could evoke the interaction in some possible
periodic
way, albeit likely not in some same spatial place as before-- last
noted as
1E1740.7-2942.
Since using the anti-g analogy to define the disk-jets quasar
phenomena
many
years ago, not only its confirmation via the Einstein observatory but
ensuing
expected anomalies as the EMP bubble front to enhance quasar core
initiation.
(Petite Bangs!) The magnetic field orientations of bubble (wall) fronts
will
tell that story.
Maybe Krumhensl's quoting Paine (p.38; same March PHYSICS TODAY),
says
what

Dear Sirs:
Your fine article (SC. AM.; April,'91) again points to that ultimate
method of
using `solitons' (laser propulsion) to focus plasma for finite

quantity of fusible material, once the billiard-ball mentality fades
to permit
the perception of wavelet integration requires far less net energy
to

Beyond this profound new source of energy, it appears your work may
aid in

Re: fusion next!
Dear Sir:
The blurb in SCIENCE NEWS (p.142; Vol.139) may say it all. From
Dawson's
initial work*, we have held our breath, so with DOE well aware of our
theoretical work, divulge same, in part, to others.
Using deBroglie's ideas of matter configuration many years ago, the
Tokomat
`brute-force' fusion means of smashing quantal `billiard balls' instead
of
using finesse with laser waves became apparent. Since this art has
been amply
confirmed now, we feel that controlled fusion may be near at hand.
There is
reason to suspect that a near 2c relative `collision' speed may be
had if
necessary so as the mounting evidence makes clear we may be correct
with our
early suppositions of wave-mechanic's manipulation of `matter', we
now seek
attention in our work by others.
Maybe it is time to try heavy H now from the "driver's seat"!
Sincerely,
KTS Research

Re: `Why or what are we waiting for?'
Dear Sir:
Your blurb in the May issue of Physics Today evokes this note as I
suspect
you
may comprehend an enigma I have faced for some years now. While my
GVSC
students became frightened and claimed I should shut up, the one in
10\17th
odds for my self thinking computer (on its first run) says almost as
much as
the ensuing U.S. Patent Office's terror and "absolute rejection" some
ten
years ago. In short, as the many positive EPR experiments show, the
freed
electron does indeed escape the time reversal paradigm to define how
it knows
effect from cause (as skeletons in closets), to indicate from where
and what
all the fuss is about.
Your above referred questions you answered as well also. It is due
to
the
reductive (only) `belongers' as groupies (as yuppies) who have little
use for
the new-- only tenure. As Big Bang today, they merely cannot afford
to have a
competitive theory-- as using the CPT theorem to dictate anti-g and
so jets
versus disks (long before the Einstein Observatory went aloft to
confirm
same)
but to point to `white holes' instead-- and likely no said Big Bang.
I feel you may be correct to cull the many `confirming'
periodicals
who only
have a vested interest in promulgating the redundant for tenure, that
is
becoming ever less able to stand alone.
These are heady days where gang-rule dictates what is `right' but
not
necessarily correct-- in science or politics!

While proprietary work here defines the timely, indeed comes the new

finite controlled fusion borne upon coherent laser fronts. Such

Re: cavity standing wave ratio
Sirs:
(May 18th SCIENCE NEWS `Plasma--')
Our studies of wave-mechanics for H integration with finesse rather
than
Tokomat style of hap-hazard slamming quantal `billiard balls' has more
than
suggested the answer to the apparent anomaly you are noting where ion
fronts
could be better manipulated with phased arrays as laser. Some of our
proprietary work suggest maybe the time is ripe to reconsider
DeBroglie's
idea
of every`thing' as an electromagnetic wave, however it may be
exhibiting
claimed `solid particles'--. In short, it defines well not only
chemical
combination* ease but fusion-- to say little of the plasma etching
difficulty
noted in the above referred article.
The GEC Reference Cell's cavity preciseness implies a fluke of luck
to align
ions to do quality etching, yet where a single-ended anachoic state,
using
finesse spatial control** where phasing*** and ion directional as
propulsion
rates**** permits coordinated (as `coherent') ions, their use
for controlled
etching or sustained finite fusion is a reality. That pending state
of the art
is about to rapidly change now-- where laser propulsion, not only will
ion
coherency but acquired energy with steering bring `matter' manipulation
finally to that needed art for greater net uses than mere chamber
anomalies
where `standing waves' can more often interfere than reinforce.
As Dawson and many others saw some time ago, the revolution is just
beginning.
Exciting indeed it becomes if `science' can just keep the emerging
profound
from governments, who too often have very different vested reasons
for
something of value.

Re: petite NMR study now
Dear
Sir:
(Pennisi's report:6/22 SC.NEWS)
From our studies and noting Dawson's work with
manipulating
individual
nuclei we think the time has come to is a petite NMR analysis on the
single
heavy Hydrogen nuclei to find its nodal points and so the easiest means
combine with other nuclei. Since it is the injection speed with
relative
positional entrance that accounts for the anomalous but positive cold
fusion
experiments, such propitious combinations will be understood for the
break¬
through to practical continuous fusion operants.
With much of our research work now perceived broadly,
even by Dawson some
time ago. We expose further to update others with both interest and
the
capital to exploit the next needed step in nuclei `innate wavelet
configuration' analysis for learning the best positional combinatorial
configuration needed for the ease of slipping two properly oriented
nuclei
into each other while laser oriented/propelled*. The finite speed
needed
for
such combinatorial fusion with rate of their infeed in a finite chosen
space
would permit the capture of the radiant energy while fusion occurred.
A couple recent letter copies herewith may be of interest.

a different `glue'
Your work, shown in the 5/31/91 SCIENCE, suggests some like work
need
on fully
ionized hydrogen, to define the like lobe field structure for laser
oriented/propelled fusion. Since the cold fusion enigma has shown
something
likely contingent to slow-merging unions, we feel that the work* well
underway
for controlled `integration', with finesse laser use, is feasible.
The tact of leaving the `quantized billiard-ball' mentality here
some
years
ago, while often claimed "irrational", we now feel that some
theoretical
work,
like what you are doing but sans electron `binding', is timely to offer
the
key to that ultimate fusion energy release for finite control. We
envisage
nearly the same field patterns of sub-nucleons of unstable
proton-neutron
combinations, such orientation in space to define better ways and means
to
`insert' or fuse same. The key, beyond merely trial and error under
various
laser propulsive/positioning* methods, we now feel lies in work similar
to
yours.
May we have directives to those doing like investigative work in
this
analytical area of proton field configuration? Thank you for your
consideration.

Now that laser accelerated, guided and positioned H isotopes is in

just as chemical combinations with finesse*, both rate and extend of

may well place such heat engines in the trunk of the car. This may
sound
fantastic but extensive theoretical work here starting with deBroglie's
ideas
to define what indeed is `quantized' matter, made clear all is waves,
from the
EMP (bubble) initiated quasar for complemental matter creation to its
net
annihilation with E as its net derivative.
While we yet will not fully define our work, it can be said that
several
recent papers as in SCIENCE, PHYSICS TODAY and elsewhere as Dawson's
reports
of some time ago, all point clearly to the coming new paradigm that
`billiard
balls' simply do not exist-- any more than a single Big Bang! The
finite
but
real cold fusion anomaly via catalyst offered the initial key to which
ensuing
laser control with finesse, makes feasible finitely controlled fusion
and to
any extent that its `container' can be cooled.

Your remarks in the fine book report caught my eye. Indeed, the last

"completion." I doubt, since the positive EPR experiments-- however

Since chance is but an opportunity for one of two primal factors (as

where competing underlying drives (noted as pro vs. anti-life*; via

Re: proton's configuration;
Dear
Sir:
via light-wave grating?
Noting your the standing wave analysis potential of examining the
ionized
hadrons (and/or neutron combination) in heavy Hydrogen, the definitive
configuration could define the best `merging' approach (if not `rate')
for
laser-wave propelled fusion. Such controlled finesse would obviously
obviate
the current billiard-ball `smashing' mentality of Tokomak, to say
little
of
the inherent net safety-- whatever the size of reactor vessel used.
Since the `cold fusion' experiments show He with some obvious
H
fusion
undergone, the next two bits of data needed is the `physiology' to
best
pre-configure H fuel for a net combinatorial merging (thence relative
speed)
for fusion. The apparent 3 phased (quark) wave-front basis of hadrons
may be
saying what deBroglie always was-- so with your newer ways and means
to
examine fully ionized nuclei alone, the key to fusion may be revealed.
It was expected here that either the Stark or Zeeman examination of
ionized
isolated H nuclei (in space) could define the innate configurations
of nuclei,
but now noting possibly better ways, we question of if you or any
others
are
looking into this problem? A few of our colleagues are expressing
confidence
that the fusion break-through is near.

Dear Cesar:
Hope this note finds you, et.al. well!
Much effort in surmounting governmental stone-walling here became a
greater
problem than initially thought, but any device that will disclose
closeted
`skeletons' obviously evokes terror. They even had the FBI and others
watching
me,, some pending litigation (yet not divulged, but believed associate
with
our D.O.D. and my past work with classified documents-- never ever
divulged.
The aerospace computer work I did were analogic in nature, not digital
which
gave my ample room to study (from my earlier philosophical approach)
from
physics to define unconscious structure. I write because I noted your
academic
institution in Lyons may be doing precisely some research I need to
conclude
some other work in fusion.
Some theoretical (what else!) work here is defining the need to
examine
(Stark
or Zeeman effect) the innate configuration of the heavy hydrogen
(anionic)
nuclei-- in terms of deBroglie. With the `cold fusion' data with
released
He
under certain circumstances, it makes clear that it is quite likely
that laser
guided, accelerated and oriented nuclei can promote fusion without
the past
`smashing' Tokomak mentality of quantal `billiard-balls'. I am quite
sure now
it is a matter of finesse that any sized reactor can be made-- and
safe for
nearly any application.
Aside from some semi-confidential status, please advise me if your
Physic's
people (J. Borde?)* might have some vested interest in this next step
needed
in defining hydrogen nuclei configuration? A several year examination
of this
problem with the mounting empirical evidence presses this work into
the open.

Re: controlled fusion
Sirs:
Noting a Physicist and Chemist working together with likely timely
integration
of equal efforts for controlled fusion (with understanding), this
letter
is
sent seeking attention.
From lengthy AI studies into deeper Physic's anomalies, not only
does
deBroglie appear most adroit to conclude cold fusion a reality-- but
the need
for finesse to make such H isotope combination the key to controlled
fusion,
and on likely any scale. The mounting ample evidence now (over)
concludes
the
laser propulsion with atomic alignment will do what `smashing'
(Tokomak)
could
not do, and best, allow for very safe operational fusion.
Expecting Dawson's early work, we have watched cautiously, even
promoted,
in
limited `obscure' ways, research of ionized nuclei
configuration/alignment
to
define the ways and means for controlled fusion-- especially since
the
cold-fusion scene did indeed indicate helium emission. While not saying
more
here, noting the above two addressed should quickly perceive our
objectives
these past many years-- beyond predicting the spatial vs. temporal
complemental brains* in man (as well confirmed by Sperry), you might
note why
we are reticent to guide too many into our long research efforts
without
deeper liaison work if not contractual.
Since others with contingent interest are now looking at some of our
research
work so we feel should come forward to disclose the faults of most
current
quantal `billiard-ball' mentality, to define what we are now sure is
the a
priori basis, lying at E, for our relatively `slow' temporal mc\2.
May we hear from you?

Re: light-atom phase `interference'
Dear Sirs:
We watch with bated breath in hopes that heavy Hydrogen
will soon be
analyzed for their mutual laser driven combination for fusion. Since
the
deBroglie theory now well defined as the reality underlying quantal
physics,
and fusion has been confirmed via helium release makes clear your
efforts
may
be primal to economical controlled fusion in the near future.
The below defines our excitement. Please keep us in touch.
Sincerely,
KTS Research
